OUR STYLES
POWER YOGA Ideal for those who desire a flowing cardiovascular workout! Be prepared to sweat, improve strength, tone, fitness, balance & flexibility. This modern take on yoga whips you into shape with challenging poses that also detoxify organs, open the body's energy chakras, stimulate blood flow, oxygenate the mind & release tension/stress via an endorphin kick.

RELAX YOGA based on traditional Hatha principles, ideal for beginners, pre/post natal ladies, ache & pain relief, stress management & balancing a busy/active life. A restorative practice known to relax the nervous system, improve flexibility, gently release tension, massage & detoxify organs, restore mental/physical/emotional equilibrium, taught within a meditative approach. Much like a massage for the body, mind & soul. PreNatal ladies welcome too.

*TERRIGAL EXTRAS

YIN YOGA is slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with postures that are held for longer periods of time than our other styles (five minutes or more.) with assistance of supplied props. Yin Yoga has the same objectives as any other school of yoga, however it directs the stimulation normally created in the asana portion of the practice deeper than the muscular tissues, targeting the connective tissues (ligaments, bones & joints). Suitable for almost all levels of students, this style dives deep. 

RESTORATIVE YOGA & MEDITATION is our most gentle, accessible yoga style - a nourishing elixr to better quality sleep, a deep relaxation - body, mind & soul. A Reset that releases deep tension, stress, fatigue & regulates the nervous system with gentle, soothing restorative yoga asanas (for 40 minutes) & a Mindful Meditation (for the last 20 minutes). PreNatal ladies welcome too. 

SOMATIC FLOW & MEDITATION is a soothing class that blends gentle, mindful movement with deep meditation. Focusing on body awareness and breath, this practice helps release tension, promote relaxation, and cultivate a deeper connection between mind and body for a sense of inner peace and balance. PreNatal ladies welcome too. 

SLOW FLOW YOGA is a therapeutic slow flow yoga for strength, stability and fascial toning. Great for joint health, injury recovery and prevention. A Yoga Foundations experience that can meet you on any level of experience. More challenging than our relaxed styles, but not as challenging as our Power Yoga. PreNatal ladies welcome too. 

SLOW FLOW PILATES & STRETCH is a gentle, fluid class that combines mindful movement with deep stretching. Perfect for enhancing flexibility, mobility, and relaxation, this session helps you connect with your body while reducing tension and stress. PreNatal ladies welcome too. 

BODY SCULPT PILATES & WEIGHTS is an energizing class that combines traditional Pilates with strength training using weights. Designed to tone, sculpt, and build lean muscle, this session offers a full-body workout that boosts strength, endurance, and definition.

BOOTY SCULPT PILATES is a dynamic class focused on toning and lifting your glutes. Through targeted Pilates movements and resistance exercises, this session strengthens and sculpts the lower body, helping you achieve a firm and defined booty and legs. PreNatal ladies welcome too. 

POWER PILATES is an intense, high-energy class designed to strengthen and tone your entire body. Combining dynamic Pilates exercises with a focus on core stability, this session builds endurance, improves flexibility, and challenges your muscles for a full-body workout that leaves you feeling powerful and energized.​
